The learning experience is an integral part of the Walt Disney World College Program. Centered on the Walt Disney World philosophy of "Performance Excellence," it will cover how Disney has handled issues such as leadership, people management, and managing diversity to make the company an icon for excellence the world over. The SeminarsThe Learning experience consists of seven core seminars plus a speaker's forum in any number of subjects. In addition, there are a variety of independent learning experiences such as a career strategy forum and networking events where participants will have the opportunity to interact with professional Walt Disney World cast members in many different fields.The seminars are:
Levels of AttainmentThe are three levels of attainment with the highest being the "Duck"torate degree, the next being the "Mouse"ters Degree and the lowest being a Certificate of Recognition.
