The mission of the Walt Disney World College Program Association at Truman State University is to inform college students of the wonderful opportunity
that the Walt Disney World College Program provides, and to encourage
them to apply for the experience of a lifetime.
What is the Walt Disney World College Program?
The Walt Disney World College Program is America's leading living, learning, and earning internship experience, where students of
ALL MAJORS can live,
learn, and earn at the number one vacation destination in the
world! Throughout their Walt Disney College Program experience, students
will have a unique glance at the business practices that have made the Walt Disney Company legendary. In addition students will
have the opportunity to network and learn from professional Walt Disney World
cast members in a wide variety of different fields.

The College Program will provide the opportunity to apply classroom
learning to ¨real world¨ situations. A living, learning and earning internship allows each student to grow personally and professionally through a dynamic, multi-dimensional learning environment.
